Trikonasana (Triangle)
This asana complements Ardha Mathsyendrasana (Half Spinal Twist). Stand erect with feet more than the shoulder-width apart. Inhale, raise right arm to the ear and lean sideways, lookup. feel the lateral stretch, keep arms straight. Repeat on the left side.

Common Mistakes
- Knees are bent. Arm is not straight.
