Kakasana (Crow)

Back to core postures

Crow is a balancing posture and helps to develop mental tranquility. First sit in a squatting position with feet, knees wide apart. Spread fingers and place palms flat on the floor with hands rotated so that fingers are slightly inward. Bend the elbows outward, rest the knees on the upper arms. Focus in front and lift the feet off the floor.
