Children

A kid's class runs for 30-45 minutes and the new asanas and variations are introduced progressively in each class. The children are grouped by age (5-8, 9-12). The following asanas are taught and the asanas are woven into different stories.

  • Padahasthasana (Standing Forward Bend), Reverse Stretch
  • Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
  • Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
  • Final Relaxation
