Yoga is for everyone. All it needs is body, mind and spirit. We work with people of all ages and fitness ability with great love and compassion and help them reach their maximum potential.
Our classes are small so individual attention is given at all times to all the students.
Yoga means Union, union of self (Atman) with the Universe (Brahman). Yoga is not a religion but a way of life. Yoga shows the way to perfect health, perfect mind control and perfect peace with one's own Self, the world, the nature and God.
We teach the Sivanada Yoga sequence that covers proper breathing, postures and relaxation. For advanced yoga students, more variations and new postures are taught progressively.
